BOTOX® Cosmetic is a purified protein that relaxes muscles and is a popular non-surgical injection that temporarily reduces or eliminates forehead creases, frown lines, crows feet near the eyes and wrinkles in the neck. It is injected under the skin of the area of concern. The modern injection device is almost imperceptible to feel. There is a noticeable decrease of wrinkles in five to seven days after the initial treatment, however, quicker results occur after each additional treatment.

The relaxation of muscles usually lasts three months or more. To achieve best results, the correct amount of BOTOX® Cosmetic must be used to yield the desired muscle relaxation.
